Lauren is pleased to visit Triangle Club, an Addiction Recovery Rehab in Dover, NH to offer sound experiences to members to help manage stress, anxiety, depression and assist on their journeys in recovery.

Triangle Club is are a meetinghouse and community for peer-driven recovery support groups, providing hope and support since 1984. They offer individuals, families and friends struggling with a substance use disorder or its impact a place to meet, a place to share, and a place to recover.

BIO:

Lauren Nielson (Aloisio) is a New England–based Registered Nurse and founder of The Energy Nurse, where she bridges her clinical background with sound, Reiki, meditation, and energy-based wellness practices. For more than six years, she has studied and facilitated Reiki-infused sound experiences and shamanic drum journeys.

Lauren offers individual and group experiences, retreats, Reiki and sound training, and integrative wellness programming within healthcare settings. Her mission is to make integrative wellness practices more accessible in modern healthcare and everyday life.

With experience and intention, Lauren creates supportive spaces that invite participants to slow down, support nervous system regulation, and reconnect with their own inner light and wisdom.
